Pittman Development Group is managed and led by a highly qualified team of local real estate development professionals, with an averge of 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to founding Pittman Development Group, the team members have worked with some of the nation’s largest land and commercial development firms, managing several of Colorado’s most prominent development projects.

The Pittman Development team is led by Ray C. Pittman, founder and President of Pittman Development Group, formerly Landmark Properties Group. Pittman maintains overall responsibility for day-to-day operations of the company, as well as the firm’s vision, strategy and project implementation. Pittman’s background includes over 23 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, services and development, and he has managed some of Colorado’s largest and most prominent commercial and mixed-use developments.  Prior to founding Pittman Development Group, Pittman served as Colorado’s senior vice president and regional manager for Catellus Development Corporation.
