High Point OmniCenter captures a niche in the market for the growing companies requiring flexible uses. With the ability to adapt a building to accommodate office, R&D, flex, warehouse or distribution this small campus configuration gives the tenant the street front visibility and business park campus atmosphere they desire with the flexibility of a larger warehouse distribution center.  The first phase of High Point will bring to market 91,000 square feet in three buildings that are easily divisible for smaller and larger businesses.

This strategic location is minutes from DIA and a mere 20 minutes from all of Denver Metro’s business centers. Adjacent to the campus is an existing business, hotel and restaurant district providing immediate resources for networking and conducting business.

International Speedway Corp. (ISC)/ NASCAR Pittman Development Group was chosen in 2006 by International Speedway Corporation of Daytona Beach, Florida to facilitate site selection and future development of a potential $400 million NASCAR-ready speedway and stadium project, along with 300 – 400 acres of related commercial development. We are working with the cities of Aurora and Denver, major landowners and other developers of destination retail, entertainment and commercial projects with regard to this project. Pittman Development was instrumental in drafting and negotiating passage of new Regional Tourism Authority legislation in 2009 that creates new tools for public-private partnerships using tax increment financing to support major entertainment and tourism-oriented projects such as the proposed ISC speedway.
